Processing Time
All orders are carefully processed within 3–7 business days. Please note that custom-made items may require additional time for production and quality checks before shipping.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We partner with trusted global carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, to ensure reliable delivery.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

Free shipping is available for all orders of $50 or more.
For orders under $50, the following rates apply:

  • Standard Shipping (12–15 business days): $6.99

  • Express Shipping (7–12 business days): $9.99

Delivery Timeframes

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s delivery status.

Delivery Delays & Issues
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays may occasionally occur due to carrier logistics, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances such as the ongoing impacts of COVID-19, which may extend processing and transit times by up to 7 business days.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities. However, if your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our support team at support@mystpshop.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
